InfoNetworks provided an update on emerging global standards impacting digital identity solutions and local digital identity initiatives in the South American region at SSIG 2021. Our presentation began with an introduction to the basics of digital identity and Identity Access Management (IAM). We then provided a deeper dive on related emerging standards that are being developed within the IETF, W3C and ISO. We also discussed a number of interesting digital identity initiatives in South America.
